Our colon hydrotherapy sessions lasts approximately 60 minutes. During your very first session, it is recommended that you allocate at least an hour & a half.
We recommend at least 2 cleanses back to back for maximum benefit. The reason is that the colon will become hydrated during the first session, therefore it releases more toxins and fecal matter from your body during the next session. There is no specific number of colon hydrotherapy sessions: it solely depends on the individual’s goals, and their present lifestyle.
